Ikonix USA provides test and measurement products and educational services to manufacturers around the globe. These manufacturers utilize Ikonix equipment to test the electrical safety and compliance of their electronic products.
Challenge
Ikonix customers are based all around the world and have remote manufacturing facilities in many places. The data from the safety tests is housed on a USB drive or local desktop software system. The challenge was to create a cloud-based system that would connect to the remote instruments and enable remote users to run tests and have all tests saved in the cloud.

Solution
We created a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution with small universal desktop software that would connect to the cloud SaaS and communicate with Ikonix instruments. This solution allows anyone from anywhere to manage tests and data remotely on Ikonix equipment.
