Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
Qualifications and experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in project management
- Experience in managing remote project teams
- Customer relations, requirement, risk and change management
- Experience with various methodologies
- Excellent soft and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver a high-quality result within a reasonably limited time
- Proven track record of successful application development deliverables
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Managing the day to day decision making involved in the project for all offshore deliverables
- Ensuring that resources assigned to projects meet deadlines and are focused on the right activities
- Monitoring progress and status of deliverables and communicating development status as required
Key responsibilities:
- Leading, adjusting the processes, promoting development and growth within the team
- Managing clients’ quality, scope, and budget expectations
- Monitoring and improving the performance of the team, providing visibility to the client
- Maintaining close interactions with internal/external stakeholders
