Remote Middle, Senior Project Manager
About This Role
BIT Studios is looking for a skilled Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll lead and coordinate distributed development teams, managing client expectations around quality, scope, and budget while ensuring projects stay on track. You’ll handle day-to-day decision-making for offshore deliverables, maintain close interactions with both internal and external stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in team performance and processes.
Qualifications and experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in project management
- Experience in managing remote project teams
- Customer relations, requirement, risk and change management
- Experience with various methodologies
- Excellent soft and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver a high-quality result within a reasonably limited time
- Proven track record of successful application development deliverables
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Managing the day to day decision making involved in the project for all offshore deliverables
- Ensuring that resources assigned to projects meet deadlines and are focused on the right activities
- Monitoring progress and status of deliverables and communicating development status as required
