Senior Tech & Marketing Recruiter

We are looking for a full-time, dedicated Recruiter to join our team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings.

Responsibilities:

• Posting job openings on various job sites;
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms;

• Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates;
• Scheduling interviews;
• Interview candidates (via phone, video calls);
• Answer queries about compensation and benefits;
• Add new candidates in CRM (Zoho Recruiting Platform);
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers;
• It will be a plus to be able to use a kanban tool.
• Manage the entire process from initial contact through offer and onboarding.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role;
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases;
• Experience with sourcing techniques;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to juggle multiple calendars;
• Problem-solving aptitude;
• Critical-thinking skills.
