About This Role
We are looking for a full-time, dedicated Recruiter to join our team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings.
Responsibilities:
- Posting job openings on various job sites;
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms;
- Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates;
- Scheduling interviews;
- Interview candidates (via phone, video calls);
- Answer queries about compensation and benefits;
- Add new candidates in CRM (Zoho Recruiting Platform);
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers;
- It will be a plus to be able to use a kanban tool.
- Manage the entire process from initial contact through offer and onboarding.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role;
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases;
- Experience with sourcing techniques;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to juggle multiple calendars;
- Problem-solving aptitude;
- Critical-thinking skills.
