Digital Marketing Manager

We are a Software Development & Staffing company. We are looking for a strong digital marketing manager to help create and manage ongoing digital marketing channels.

Secondary Focus: www.dailyfrenzy.io Our own SaaS product, our own startup which is now in the pre-launch phase

The Digital Marketing Manager will be someone who has strong experience in a variety of digital marketing approaches. This person should be capable of ‘doing’ some marketing activities themselves but more importantly, they should have strong experience in Managing multiple internal marketing and freelancer experts across several channels.

  • Is knowledgeable and has practical experience in several digital marketing channels;
  • Is able to quickly read, take courses or do what is necessary to learn new marketing channels best practices, and approaches;
  • A skilled manager who clearly articulates tasks sets expectations and delegates but stays involved ensuring they get what was expected. 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns;
  • Measure and report performance of all campaigns;
  • Build strategic relationships with key industry players;
  • Optimize landing pages and user funnels;
  • Experiment with different organic and paid acquisition channels;
  • Manage the delivery team.

Marketing Skills and/or Knowledge of Best Practices 

(Must know how to quickly ramp up on the areas where you’re not knowledgeable and demonstrate an understanding of best practices, and approaches.)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing management;
  • 5+ years in digital marketing execution;
  • Fluent English, excellent oral and written communication;
  • Problem-solving mindset.
