Infographic Designer

We are looking for an experienced Infographic Illustrator/Designer to join our Content Marketing team at BIT Studios. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and have a keen eye for visual storytelling.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Create original infographic illustrations, from concept through to completion, based on project briefs from the content marketing team
- Develop concepts and create storyboards that clearly reflect the desired tone of the project
- Produce detailed designs that incorporate iconography and intricate layouts while adhering to brand guidelines
- Ensure all infographics adhere to BIT Studios’ brand guidelines, as well as industry best practices
- Suggest creative design solutions that fit within the current artistic direction of the company
- Create illustrations for infographics and develop overall infographic layout and design
- Assist with messaging, icons, branding elements, etc., as requested by the content marketing team
- Use existing infographic template libraries or build and leverage a library of infographic templates that can be repurposed for speed and efficiency
- Handle multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Work closely with the content marketing team to ensure consistent quality of output
- Regularly review work with the content marketing team for feedback and refinements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred but not essential
- A minimum of 5 years professional experience designing infographics
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software programs
- Outstanding eye for detail and consistency in illustration style (composition, color theory, etc.)
- A deep understanding of typography principles and usage
- Excellent time management skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality of work
- A strong portfolio showcasing outstanding custom infographics
