In 2011, Romina transitioned to a leadership role as Product Owner at Despegar, a leading Argentine company. In this role, she honed her skills in website functionality, A/B testing, and user experience optimization. She also demonstrated cross-functional team leadership skills as she managed three product development teams, enhancing her management capabilities.
Advancing her career further, Romina became a Product Manager in 2014. She exemplified her product vision and strategy skills in major projects of the company.
