HOW TO RECOVER SSM PASSWORD

1. Get to admin login page: http://yourdomain.com/admin, where “yourdomain” is the name of your domain.

   

2. Click on "Forgot password? Click here!" link
3. In the e-mail field enter your email and click "Recover" button

   

4. System will ask you to check your email and follow the instructions that are in the message along with the link you should go to

   

5. Open your mail box and click on the link that is in email message sent from the site
6. In the browser you will see a page with your login name and two fields for entering new password and confirming it

   

7. Enter new password and retype it in the second field. Click on the button
8. System will tell you about successfully changed password and suggest to click on the link to log in

   

9. Click on the link. You will see the admin login page
10. Enter your login name (email) and your new password
