Project was intended to obtain investments. Our customer wished to build a system that allows anyone to call and navigate by voice or DTMF signals via ad categories.

The system supports 4 simultaneous channels and 3 main ad categories:

• Real Estate
• Cars
• Jobs

Solution / our approach

Our team have developed VoiceXML based engine, which was utilized not only in this particular project but in all other speech related projects. Engine allows voice access to any informational resources, essential for customers, employers and partners.

Custom VoiceXML applications provide voice interaction with CRM, ERP, SCM, IDM, orders management and other systems. Support both DTMF and speech recognition interface for interaction with end users.
