Business Objective
Integration of the wireless phone and the VoIP services where both phones operate as an integrated system with a single voice mail and grouped ring.
Details
Our team participated in the project’s development phases:
- Implementing provisioning drivers for:
- BroadWorks (3rd party software providing VoIP service, maintaining users, traffic, etc)
- Glenayre Voicemail system
- Switch group ring
- Web UIs for provisioning drivers to be used by Customer Care department
- Applying changes to WBA: capture VoIP user data, integrate provisioning drivers including Device Auto Configuration provisioning
- BizTalk solution to capture billing CDR files from BroadWorks, parse and load to database in real time
- Performing QA: call scenarios, VoIP features, CDR load verification auto test
