SPIDER is an accounting system for the telecommunications sector and assists in automating office duties at telecommunications offices, for handling payments with network users and agents, charging tariffs from a pool of many user accounts, keeping registries under various tariff charts, generating bills for communication services, concluding "flexible" contracts with users in terms of various settlement algorithms.
The core purpose of the system is to serve as an alternative inexpensive product on the telecommunications market meant for small to medium trunk communications operators. At the final stage the system will be certified.
