Project was intended to obtain investments. Our customer wished to build a system that allows anyone to call and navigate by voice or DTMF signals via ad categories.

The system supports 4 simultaneous channels and 3 main ad categories:

  • Real Estate
  • Cars
  • Jobs

Solution / our approach

Our team has developed a VoiceXML-based engine, which was utilized not only in this particular project but also in all other speech-related projects. The engine allows voice access to any informational resources, essential for customers, employers, and partners.

Custom VoiceXML applications provide voice interaction with CRM, ERP, SCM, IDM, orders management, and other systems. Support both DTMF and speech recognition interface for interaction with end-users.

Voice-enabled applications provide an anytime, anywhere voice access to enterprise information, including:

  • email
  • prices
  • services
  • order status
  • product availability etc.
