A Billing System for Trunk Radiotelephony Network Operators
SPIDER is an accounting system for the telecommunications sector and assists in automating office duties at telecommunications offices, for handling payments with network users and agents, charging tariffs from a pool of many user accounts, keeping registries under various tariff charts, generating bills for communication services, and concluding "flexible" contracts with users, in terms of various settlement algorithms.
The core purpose of the system is to serve as an alternative, inexpensive product in the telecommunications market meant for small- to medium-sized trunk communications operators. At the final stage, the system will be certified.
