Our team participated in the project’s development phases:
Implementing provisioning drivers for:
BroadWorks (3rd party software providing VoIP service, maintaining users, traffic, etc)
Glenayre Voicemail system
Switch group ring
Web UIs for provisioning drivers to be used by Customer Care department
Applying changes to WBA: capture VoIP user data and integrate provisioning drivers, including Device Auto Configuration provisioning
BizTalk solution to capture billing CDR files from BroadWorks, to parse and load to database in real time
Performing QA: call scenarios, VoIP features, and CDR load verification auto test
