SBCC is the “incident report” management system. On the customer’s request, the existing SCC/RACS database application was updated to provide Supply Chain facilities. As a result, the new organization type with its own business rules was created within the SCCI project including custom incident reports forms, special bulletins, additional premises and user management, special search forms, and exporting results to native Excel spreadsheet with formatting.
