This is a web-based, flexible, and high scalable Client Resource Management system with energy market specific. This system helps with managing SCS clients - natural gas and electricity consumers. The system maintains all required information about customer Service Addresses, Accounts, and Meters (from customer Incumbent LDC or EDC), and full historical data by each commodity meter. This system was designed for SCS Agents. They could work with their client database form any location by Internet.
