MWH needed a tool that customers could go to and execute Internet line quality tests back to the MWH core routers. The tool is used for VoIP and data services troubleshooting. The major part runs on a client PC within the browser, performs a trace route, identifies all the hops, and executes a number of tests, sending ICMP packets and collecting statistics.
