Login as Attorney Website Admin (AWA) and open Control Panel, Content Management Tab. Refer to

Control Panel / Content Management – contains links to manage dynamic content:

Section allows managing attorney profiles. Grid has all the same features as described for Manage Articles – see below.

Adding / editing attorney profile allows entering a lot of information describing attorney experience. Each attorney record has also SEO (page title, clean URL part and meta description) information to be shown on the attorney landing page.
To add related practice areas, select new PA in dropdown and click on 
To delete related practice areas, click on 
Same with Additional Spoken Languages.

Section allows managing company or attorney blogs. Each blog is a group of posts (feed) written by one author.

Grid has all the same features as described for Manage Articles, but additionally has Manage Blog Posts icon in Actions column – leads to the same screen as described below under Manage [name]'s Blog.
When creating new blog record, system requires to provide blog title, author (select attorney), caption and SEO information to be shown on the blog landing page (page title, clean URL part and meta description).

Section allows managing practice areas. PAs are structured in a form of a tree, since there can be main practice areas and sub-areas. Each PA contains summary, description and SEO information to be shown on PA landing page.

PA tree nodes:
- active practice area (visible in front end)
- inactive practice area (this PA and all sub practice areas are not visible in front end)
Tree node actions:
- add new practice area as a sub-area of the current node
- edit current practice area
- delete current practice area
Tree toolbar features:
a) Select All – selects all records in tree
b) Deselect All – deselects all records in tree
c) Add New – opens page to add new practice area

d) Delete Selected – shows confirmation and removes selected practice areas
e) Activate Selected – marks selected practice areas as active (visible in front end)
f) Deactivate Selected – marks selected practice areas as inactive (invisible in front end)
This grid shows all the leads submitted via Case Evaluation form

Leads grid has the following features:
- Filter by lead date
- Paging
- Sorting by columns
- Columns resize
- Multi-select for columns with CTRL-click and SHIFT-click
- Toolbar actions:
- Select All – selects all records in grid
- Deselect All – deselects all records in grid
- Delete Selected – shows confirmation and removes selected leads
- Export to CSV – exports lead records in CSV format, prompts to download or open in Excel
- Actions column
- Delete – same as Delete Selected, but for thisparticular lead record
- Select All
- Deselect All
- Export to CSV - exports records in CSV format, prompts to download or open in Excel

Section allows to configure multiple RSS feed sources for CCMS to read from and show in front end under Legal Resources / Legal News.

To add new RSS source – enter RSS link into RSS URL field and click Add. To delete RSS source – click on

Section allows managing company news. Same functionality as for Articles, but another feed.
Section allows managing articles. CCMS allows to selecting attorney as article authors.

Articles grid has the following features:
a) Filter by keyword and published date
b) Paging
c) Sorting by columns
d) Columns resize
e) Multi-select for columns with CTRL-click and SHIFT-click
f) Toolbar actions:
i. Select All – selects all records in grid
ii. Deselect All – deselects all records in grid
iii. Add New – opens page to add new article. Allows to setup title, author (select attorney), publish date and time, caption image, attached documents, summary (article caption, WYSIWYG), content (WYSIWYG), SEO data (page title, clean URL part and meta description).

iv. Delete Selected – requires confirmation and removes selected articles.

v. Export to CSV – exports article records in CSV format, prompts to download or open in Excel
vi. Activate Selected – marks selected articles as active (visible in front end)
vii. Deactivate Selected – marks selected articles as inactive (invisible in front end)
g) Actions column
i. Edit icon – opens page to edit article, same form as Add New
ii. Delete icon – same as Delete Selected, but for this particular article record
Section allows managing posts of particular blog, same functionality as for Articles. For every blog created in Manage Blogs section, there appears new link in Control Panel / Content Management tab to manage posts of that blog. Same functionality as for Articles, but another feed.

It is possible that multiple authors contribute to the same blog, so each blog post can belong to different attorney or external author.
